The Dancing Flamingo

The Dancing Flamingo Zine was designed as a storybook publication for children, with the intention of encouraging them to explore different types of illustration and art.

The booklet was designed using hand-painted watercolor illustrations, which were then scanned digitally. The intention of incorporating these paintings was to capture the fluidity and movement of the flamingo characters. Graphic illustrations then refined in Illustrator, and I used clipping masks to add more watercolour designs to enhance the characters, resulting in a captivating and engaging publication.
